We want you to love your KITSCH essentials, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 90 days of your purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different color or style, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original KITSCH packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
